Continuous printing

Continuous printing

Printing in textile manufacturing is a process for applying colors to fabrics, capable of creating well-defined, vibrant patterns with an exceptionally soft final imprint.

One of the most common methods is continuous rotary printing, which utilizes a photoengraved metal cylinder with tiny perforations, allowing some areas to absorb ink while others do not. The printing cylinder is positioned above a fabric supported by a moving belt and deposits the product onto the fabric as it rotates.

Fabrics can be printed with either pigment colors, reactive dyes, or dispersed dyes, contained in specific binders to produce prints with excellent resistance to washing as well as to dry and wet friction.

The extensive product portfolio offers interesting solutions, flexible products that can be used in every print, with excellent quality results that also comply with the strictest international environmental standards.
