CMYKRGBO + White + Pretreatment

Garros T5 Pro uses an extended color configuration. The expanded 8-color system is designed to deliver a wider color gamut, stronger color reproduction and increased flexibility compared with standard CMYK workflows.

This system can reproduce more than 30 million colors, giving print providers greater freedom when producing detailed, color-critical artwork.

Intelligent Color Management System

Industrial-Grade Japanese Printheads

T5 Pro is equipped with 10-12 industrial-grade Japanese printheads designed specifically for pigment printing. Ultra-fine 4pL ink droplets help reproduce fine image detail while achieving high color saturation. This combination is intended to provide accurate output across both detailed graphics and high-density garment prints.

One integrated Wet-Printing Workflow

Color + White + Pretreatment

The T5 Pro is designed around what Garros describes as a new wet-printing workflow. Instead of treating pretreatment, white ink and color printing as separate production processes, the machine brings them together within a single system. This helps simplify the garment-printing workflow while reducing unnecessary manual steps between processes.

Intelligent Ink Management

Production consistency depends not only on the printheads, but also on how ink is supplied and maintained. The T5 Pro incorporates several dedicated ink-management systems:

    Designed to maintain stable ink delivery during printing.

    Supports consistent ink flow while reducing air within the ink-delivery system.

Precision Designed for Pigment Printing

The machine uses Variable Ink Droplet Printing Technology together with water-based pigment inks. Ultra-fine 4pL droplets allow the print system to reproduce detailed artwork while maintaining strong color saturation. The manufacturer also specifies the use of imported Schneider Electric components to improve machine stability.

Flexible Printing Area
